Refund policy
We want you to love your LISKA pieces! If something doesn’t fit quite right, we do accept returns for sizing issues, as long as the following conditions are met:
- The item is unworn and unused
- The panty liner is still attached
- All original tags are intact
- The return is requested within 7 days of receiving your order
To start a return, email hello@liskaswim.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive further instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We'll replace the item (if available) or issue store credit.
Important Notes
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be in sellable condition — any items that appear worn, washed, or have missing tags/liners will be rejected.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.
